The PetMamma provides pets with love, security, and comfort; and you, the pet parents, with peace of mind while you are at work or out of town. Hi! I'm Lori Meyer, and I started my business because I am committed to making a powerful and positive impact on the world. I was an elementary school teacher, and LAUSD and I were not getting along. I knew I was not able to be my best self for my kids or for myself. Thoroughly traumatized by my 8 years with LAUSD, I needed to make a career change, and do something with my life that would fulfill that which I was committed to. I have always loved animals, and I knew I could provide a service for pets and their humans that would really make a difference in their lives, and in turn make myself happy too. Now, the cats and dogs I take care of love me, and my human clients never worry about their pets or homes. Some of my clients have dubbed me "Auntie Lori"! Through my business, I am able to be a contribution in the lives of my clients. This ideal, along with my love for the pets, is the driving force behind The PetMamma.
