Pawsitively Marvelous was created to give dogs an opportunity to grow, exercise, and socialize during the day while you are away. Pawsitively Marvelous creates a loving and safe environment for your dog. As a dog owner, you need to know that your dog is in capable and caring hands while you are away at work. Our clients do not need to worry about rushing home at the end of the day because they can feel secure knowing their dogs needs have been met. I started my business in 2009 after I adopted my dog, Izzy. She was just 9 pounds and a little fearful, and I quickly realized how important it was for her to have a safe space where she could run, play, and build confidence. As I worked with her, I discovered how much I loved working with smaller breeds, especially those with special needs or big personalities in tiny bodies. Over time, I built a service designed to make little dogs feel secure, understood, and truly happy. I love the rough and tumble pups too, and I do accept a few mid sized or larger dogs, but only if they fit the pack temperament. My priority has always been making sure the littles feel safe and supported. When I began, I gave myself one year to see if I could make it work. That was over 16 years ago, and I have never looked back.
