Out On A Leash founder Leah Dunn spent years in corporate jobs after college, attempting to apply the Mathematics degree she'd worked so hard to earn. Eventually, though, the cubicle walls started closing in on her, and she decided to leave the corporate world as a birthday gift to herself in 2009. Without another opportunity lined up, she found herself spending much of her time with her Cockapoo rescue, Georgia Lou. The two of them went on hikes, played at the dog park, or just hung out together at home. Leah soon realized that she should stop sending out resumes; she couldn't think of a better way to spend her days than combining her two loves - animals and the outdoors! She began walking dogs professionally in July 2009 and founded Out On A Leash in April 2010.
