Certified by Fear Free and a member of the IAABC, we provide in-home dog training, overnight boarding as well as board & train services. We specialize in puppy development and with our certifications, you can be confident that we ONLY use positive reinforcement and science-based training methods. Overnight care includes a home-like setting with small, customized playgroups based on size/temperament. Pet parents receive fun daily videos. Board & Train services include multiple videos and tutorials to help with training. Discount packages are available for a variety of services. For convenience, we provide complementary pick up/drop off Tesla shuttle Sunday-Friday during a window of 11am-1pm. Please check out our website and Instagram for pictures & videos. Over 15 years ago, Happy Puppy L.A. embarked on a mission to change the way we interact with our dogs. We looked at the world of dog training and saw its many flaws. After being educated in Positive Reinforcement Training, we knew we could change the lives of both dogs and humans alike. Our methods of Positive Reinforcement Training are science based combined with psychology to form what we call "Common Sense Training." This helps bridge the language gap between us and our beloved four-legged friends. Our training methods work with what motivates each dog without physically or psychologically intimidating them. Motivation could be a range of different stimuli, including treats/food, physical praise, toys, etc.
