Hi! We are Get A Leg Up! We have been walking dogs from San Francisco and Pacifica since 2008. We are a mom and pop shop, literally! We are a husband and wife team and we have two active young sons, one is about to turn 5 and the youngest is 1. This is a family run business and our clients and their dogs become a part of our family. Our Business is fully insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates LLC. We are certified by Pet Tech for Doggie First Aide and CPR. Leo walks the BIG dogs and Celene walks the little dogs. We did not plan that, it just kind of worked out that way and we love it. We believe that the little dogs are safer in packs with other little dogs and we are all about safety when it comes to animals. We walk dogs Mon-Friday and pick up and drop off from your home. Our job is to make your life easier! We walk dogs off leash in Montara, CA. This land is safe and fox tail free and on 3 plus acres of pure lush Montara beauty. How cool is that? Because of this land we can now accept dogs who don't have perfect recall as we have built fencing around the land. Our family run business is all about the dogs in our life. These are the dogs that inspired us to leave our office jobs for a job in the outdoors with animals almost a decade ago. "Get A Leg Up" Dog Walking was born and raised in San Francisco. Not many can say they are born and raised here, but our little Business can! Celene started the Business in 2008 and then Leo joined on in 2010. We are an active couple who love the outdoors and we are parents to two boys who also love the dogs we take care of. After many years of fostering and rescuing and dog walking, our life is full with the dogs we care for and there is no other way we would want it!
