While there's many options for your pet, we have been around way before dog walking was a popular opportunity. I'm a life long dog caregiver, my story is a very unique one. I began from humble beginnings in the early 1990's working with my childhood dog Walker in my spare time to get as much time possible with dogs of all shapes sizes and ages. Throughout my life I've loved the special bond only a canine can provide. After Highschool graduation, I began my professional journey into the world of dog walking that I loved helping my mentor linda as a child. Now almost 18 years later, I have taken care of well over 50+ dogs and several cats along the way! My fiancee and I only do small group walks and the occasional individual walk if necessary. We offer individual Dog boarding in our beautiful 4 story home in Conble Hill Brooklyn with a large well maintained backyard. We have all the toys and snuggles a pooch could want! Back when I was a young child I used to go with our dog walker on days I didnt have school to walk dogs with her for fun to be around the dogs I loved. When I turned 18 and graduated Highschool I out up signes in local businesses advertising my dog walking services. At this point I simply wanted a summer gig to make a few bucks. Little did I know the woman who had mentored me many years prior would offer to give me a few dogs to walk that she couldnt handle anymore as she was getting older. I turned the one dog I'd gotten on my own into a total of 3 dogs with the help of my mentor "linda" during college at st Francis College in Brooklyn Heights I had a total of 5 dogs and growing. Junior year in college I had upwards of 14 dogs I walked between classes while studying criminal justice. With the help of my fiance we turned my dog walking business into Downtown Brooklyn Pet Care,that today is thriving as an owner operated Business!
