About
Derby Dogs is a family-run dog walking, boarding and puppy care service that focuses on bringing mental balance and physical comfort to your pups. Our daily pack walks provide exercise and socialization for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Our puppy program includes, socialization to dogs, people, new environments & sounds, reliable recall, basic obedience, place & crate training as well as general manners in your home. We also offer boarding in our home for all dogs on pack walks as well as dogs well socialized with other dogs and people. Derby Dogs was born in 2007 out of a love and passion Eric and Tanya share for working with dogs. We currently own 5 active breed dogs and participate in various doggie sports including Dock Diving, Agility and Nosework and Rally. Tanya is certified in K9 Search & Rescue with 1 of our dogs (and has started to train our new puppy) to help find lost/missing people. These activities have taught us how to communicate and interact with our canine companions.
