This site is a simple brochure — it has no forms and collects no personal information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photos from our booking site, which means those services see standard technical request data (like your IP address) when the page loads, as with any website.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This uses cookies and collects aggregated, non-identifying usage data. We don’t use advertising cookies.

📋 When you book

Bookings happen on your provider’s booking page. There we collect only:

• Details you give us when booking — your name, phone number, and (optionally) your address, your pets’ names, and any notes about care.
• Your booking — the service, dates, times and add-ons you choose, and the quoted price.
• Notification settings — if you turn on booking notifications, your browser’s push subscription so we can let you know when we reply.

🎯 How we use booking details

• To arrange, confirm, change or cancel your booking.
• To contact you about your booking — by email when the provider responds.
• To care for your pets according to the notes you provide.
• To send a one-time thank-you and review request after a stay finishes.

We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell your information.

🤝 Who we share it with

Your booking details go to the provider you book with so they can confirm and provide the care. We don’t share your personal information with anyone else, except a few service providers that help run the site: an email service that notifies the provider of new requests, a push-notification service if you opt in, and our analytics provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.

🔔 Notifications

Booking notifications are entirely optional. If you turn them on, we store your browser’s push subscription only to send updates about your booking. You can turn them off anytime in your browser or device settings, and we remove subscriptions that are no longer valid.

🗄️ How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide and account for the service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it (for example, for tax records).
